Your payment details are entered directly on to a secure server provided by SagePay.
Dr Laptop do not hold your credit card details at any stage during or after any transaction. We like ensure you have security and peace of mind.

How do I buy online ?
In addition to great prices we offer reward points for every item you purchase. You can use these points on your next purchase terms and conditions apply.
If you are an existing customer but have not used our new website you must also re-register. To do this please click MY ACCOUNT, enter your email address in the box and request a password. You may then log in and create your own password. At the top of the site there is also, Welcome visitor you can login or create an account

Yes. But a written order, a copy of 2 x utility bills confirming your address.
How long does it take to get my order ?
All orders placed before 2pm will leave the same day providing there are no stock or payment issues.
Goods will be despatched with Royal Mail or by Courier Service.
Royal Mail first class.
We send the majority of our small orders out this way. They generally take around 2-5 days go get to any mainland UK address. The highlands and islands of the U.K can take up to 7 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We use this service for small parcels under 2kg which are requested next day or contain small goods that have a value in excess of £60. This is Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm .
DPD or City Link.
We use this service for any parcels over 2kg. 98% of deliveries arrive next day and can be tracked as soon as they leave us.

* Returns & Refunds
We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If an item is faulty or develops a fault and you have not returned the item to us within the 14 days, we advise you to use the manufacturers warranty offered. If you still require our services in repairing the item a workshop fee of £50 will be charged if NO FAULT is FOUND. If there is a fault we will repair the item free of charge and return it to you at our standard courier fees £15.
If you want replacement goods with NO FAULT FOUND we will place a credit on your account, minus a restocking fee of £75.
Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.
If we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods. Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can, If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us a long with a cover note with your name, address and contact details along with a note explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued.

We will try our best to price match any price from reputable main stream dealers. Please drop us an email or call us if you find something cheaper.
Please note we with hold the right to decline any price match for any reason.
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions are accurate however on rare occassions some details maybe out of date / in accurate. Also please note that a stock image maybe used to show an item in its entirerty and may differ slightly from the actual unit sold.
Repairs and Services:-
Our wokshops and mobile engineers offer a high standard repair and upgrade service. We do offer a NO FIX NO FEE policy, applicable when we have been unable to diagnose the fault. However as you will appreciate we can spend several hours on some occassions investigating the fault on your behalf. If the customer decides not to go ahead witht the repair after we provide them with a solution, a nominal £15 charge is applicable.
Important Notice any completed repairs not collected withtin 30 days of notification of ticket resolved/closed, maybe sold to re-imburse our costs.
Whilst every effort is made to backup a clients data when requested to do so, we accept no liability for loss of data. It is understood by any client using our services that data backup is the sole responsibility of the client.
